Francesca’s isn’t really “my style” but the wonderfully sweet ladies that work here have made it my style. They are absolutely incredible. Every time I walk in they are smiling and welcoming you into the location. The Store Manager is a beautiful person inside and out & if it weren’t for her I don’t know if I would continue to shop here. She has gone above and before for me on two separate occasions! One occasion I had bought a cute little cactus planter and it was broken when I got it home. Unfortunately they didn’t have another one in store but she graciously ordered me another one and swapped it out! THAT is customer service! Another time I had bought a pair of super cute sparkly slides and two days later my 6 month old puppy ate them. She didn’t have them in my size but ordered another pair for me & now I have the chewed on pair for gardening and the lake and the new pair for all of my coming adventures. She recognizes me when I walk through the fort and all of her employees have followed suite. You can tell she is a true “lead by example” leader and they are blessed to have her in this high traffic location to make everyone’s day! I wish she would come...

Such a wonderful quant boutique in the heart of the Galleria! My fiancée and I spotted several gorgeous outfits portrayed in the window of this shop. We entered and were warmly greeted by Dorothy, who happily accommodated our every requests for one of the pieces advertising outside.

Dorothy meticulously scoured the shop for the individual pieces to the outfit displayed outside until we were perfectly happy with resulting outfit. We couldn’t be happier at the look of the clothing, the rising cheers from the workers as she emerged from the dressing room in her outfit, and the overall helpfulness of the staff we experienced here at Francesca.

After having dinner @ Truluck last night I saw Francesca’s decided I would visit today nice small store. I do feel the worker was following us around the store, we were dressed very well and looking beautiful as usual. I went to the dress room area and there she was lol looking @sweater & jewelry there she was 🤣🤣 thank goodness more customers came into the store I noticed she went behind the register then 🤣🤣🤣 she did not follow them, however she was so nice when we spent 100.00 in that shop.
