LOVED the tour. Blake (the owner), who grew up in Deadwood, was full of information. Lots of story's and discussion on fact vs fiction as well as clarification on some of these tails. Living in a tourist town I know there's a difference with a color by numbers tour and an actual guided tour. Throw in some comedy and flair and Blake made it happen. Amazing tour! We have been to Deadwood before and just wandered around. I am so happy that we did this tour this time. I learned so much more about the history of Deadwood. My three year old had a blast saying "My favorite part was Mr. Blake!" "The scary part was going up the big hill." My recommendation would be to buy the tickets online. Kids 5 and under are free! We have been many places and taken many tours. This tour is among the best. The town has a colorful past and it is told masterfully by someone who has grown up there and lived there most of his life.
