We are teachers in our late 50s from Mass. We stayed in Deadwood for 2 nights on our way to Mt.Rushmore|The Hotel is in a great location one street removed from " historic " Deadwood. The hotel itself is in a old industrial building repourposed o|Into a hotel. The designers did a nice in creating the hotel. However as the building was not built to be a hotel there are a few limitations. The queen and king rooms are tiny( our super 8 hotel room was twice the size) but clean and thoughtfully laid out.
