CorePower Yoga - LoDo — Local services in Denver

Great positive experience trying out Corepower! Staff at this location are all very friendly and encouraging, and all amenities very clean and well-maintained. C2 classes were very challenging and I left each time feeling exhausted - ideal if you're looking for an intense workout. Different to traditional yoga as the brand definitely has their own style and routines differ between instructors. Prepare to get extremely sweaty and be pushed to your limit, even for more experienced yogis.
