Have purchased a few things from Overland (online) in the past and when I saw the store, decided to pop in. There is a coat, online, that I have had my eye on so thought I'd try it on to see how it fit.

We noticed a couple of ladies entered after us, and she didn't bother to escort them around the store. Very disappointed. Management should be aware of how their associates treat customers. This turns away...
