The store does have a good selection to go through. I come in time to time to browse sporting goods/hunting/fishing. Today I was pricing ammo and a few rifle's. I personally didn't need help! But I noticed a couple standing by the gun case. Wanting to buy a case for their pistol and ammo and possibly look at a firearm. I continued to look at a few shotguns and a DPMS Ar-15. The couple looked irritated. I politely asked how long they were waiting they replied 15min plus and they had sombody paged twice. I said wow! I suggested Rual King because i personally waited for more than 10 minutes. Spoke a little bit and before I turned I said I would send someone over to help. About 20 minutes went by total time we spoke and as I was walking back to the front I only saw 3 people working 2 up front at check out and a girl in the rear of the store. She was talking on her phone! Don't know if the couple I spoke to received any help? I personally didn't buy anything today but that bums me out when a purchase can be made. Or help to the customers. Read moreMy fiance and I stood at the gun counter for 20 minutes looking at specific items we were very interested in buying. Nobody came over, and we shouldn't have to go searching for someone, so we decided to not spend almost 1000 dollars on top of what we were already spending. While checking out, my fiance jokingly asked if they were short staffed and then informed her of the company's loss of our business. We then walked outside and a bigger girl with light colored hair smoking a cigarette was yelling and cursing at us and also filming us on her phone, bringing up the subject of how hard work is when it is understaffed. Then obviously lied when we asked her if she worked there and for her to stop illegally filming us and went back into the store. We will NEVER to go another Dunhams.
