We had our sofa delivered today and if I could give 10 stars I would. It was beyond anything we had hoped it would be! Now, I am wishing we would have bought everything for our room from here! Mark was so fantastic and kept us up to date on it's delivery since it was a special order. The delivery company who gave us the delivery went above and beyond!!

But, I have to speak volumes and share my best review for Johnny and Dantonio who delivered our sofa to Nebraska - were so nice and friendly but they also went above and beyond in their delivery. We live on an acreage and the length of our driveway is not short! We knew and advised customer service that the turn into the drive can be questionable. Then we got 2-3” of snow overnight. We knew getting in the drive was probably not going to be an option.

I did get a call when they were about 30 minutes away. But when I saw each of them walking up the drive with part of our sofa on dollies 30 minutes later, my jaw dropped. This was not an easy task, let alone in the snow. Mind you, we live in the country so we have a 4 wheeler, trailer and bobcat and we could easily have helped them get the sofa up here much easier. But, these two simply took the amazing route of service and brought it up to our door with the friendliest of personalities and service. When you open the door after a long walk of labor and they are still smiling and cheery, my first impression is "where did the company find these two employees??” and my 2nd thought is "how lucky the company is to have two people like this". I know we were scheduled for white glove delivery but this went above and beyond!

Too often, people take the time to complain or simply overlook good service. I cannot! I wanted to be sure I shared my jaw dropping experience. Employees with such initiative, integrity and kindness are such an asset to a company and there are some incredible people working at Texas Leather and their delivery company! We had are old couches for over 20 years and finally took them out back and shot them. We tried to find couches of similar quality and thought we had found a sectional at the Dump Store and paid over 5K for it only to have it fall apart in less than 7 months and customer service there was terrible. Then we stumbled into the Leather store not intending to buy. We spent over 2 1/2 hours with Marc Gunderson and we were going to get up and walk out the door when Marc had us check out the Natuzzi leather sectional with the adjustable head rest and we fell in love at first sit. We were impressed with the quality and construction and the absolutely great deal we got on two power recliner sofas. We have had them for over a month and they are everything we expected. The wait was worth it. We are hoping these are around as long as the last beloved couches we had. Marc was great and knowledgeable and took time to explain the quality and construction of the couches and made it to where we could not walk out the door with out them. ...

Five stars all the way around ! We looked and tried out multiple furniture stores all over the metroplex and then found Texas Leather Interiors. We chose a huge custom leather sectional that looks and feels even better than we could have imagined. Service, Quality, Excellent Value and Delivery is the best way to describe our buying experience here. Marc was a great sales person. He was informative and knows his products and options very well and put no pressure on making a sale on us. When later calling the store about our order we always got a live and helpful person immediately and got answers to any questions we had even on Marc's day off.
