Rainbow's End — Local services in Flagstaff

I visit this shop almost every time I'm in Flagstaff, and I've been purchasing shoes and clothing there for years. I love the unique selection of shoes, clothing, bags, jewelry and gifts, and appreciate the helpful service. This last time I visited, I limited myself to buying one item, but I kept thinking about a dress I'd really liked, and decided I could splurge. I called and the employee took the time to find the dress, text me a photo to confirm it was the one, and mail it to me - and I was really impressed when it arrived the next day! While traveling through Northern Arizona on a trip to the Grand Canyon I stumbled upon this wonderful boutique. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly. I found a number of wonderful itmes. The store reminded me of what you might find in the downtown of some large cities. It had great fashion sense. I found several beautiful garments that I've received many compliments on. Had to change my review. They wouldn't accept a return from a gift after two weeks. I didn't get a paper receipt, but I got their text message receipt, and they couldn't look it up. It was in their box and obviously from the local artist that they feature. Nobody told me I needed to get a paper receipt. I guess I'll find a new store to shop at after 15 years of coming here because they want to hold...
