Today around 11 am , I took my daughter to the Sephora to buy two eyebrows pencils and a moisturizer.The shopping and checkout process is smooth,but when I came home and opened the moisturizer box inside the box is an empty sample! I have to go back to store .The store wasn’t busy there were three employees,but I waited for long time one employee came and ask me if I need to check out. I Told her about my experience this morning,she said the incident never happened and she went and called another employee to help.after a while another worker came over with a nasty look like I stole something.she said she couldn’t give me a new one or money back because this has ever happened in this store.she let me leave phone number she will call me later. I am not happy with this. I came to the store and paid for some thing and came home found an empty. I came back and you are arguing it’s not your fault.Finally manager agreed give me a refund but they were super rude. I returned everything I bought today, and I will never come...
Read moreTERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I came in Monday to spend my kohls cash. When I got to the register I had an issue with using my 25% off as well. Nice young lady at the register called for a manager. The manager who came up was extremely rude . If I could give no stars I would. My issue did not get solved. She walked away from register and proceeded outside. As my kids and I left the store to get in our vehicle, we walked passed her smoking her cigarette and drinking her drink. This Is pathetic that she was so big in a hurry and rude to us because she was in a rush to get to her cigarette. Managers like this is the very reason customers get ranned away . As someone who works in sales, Katherine (the cashier/customer service representative) definitely caught my eye! When I came the first time, she was encouraging guests to join the loyalty program. Not only that, she was going the extra mile to ensure one-on-one interaction with all guests, even their kids. I came back today, a month later, and she was the same enthusiastic person I first met.
