Visiting Ft Worth for business today I have a performance tonite at the arena here and decided to stop in to grab a pair of no show socks. I purchased the 1 pair for $15 Then went around the corner to eat. I tried them on As I sat to eat and realized that they were too small even tho they said 10-11.5 & 11.5 is My show size. I went back the store less than ab hr after purchasing these socks and told the same clerk that unfortunately they don't fit my feet. They then go get the manager who said well we can't return these since they were removed out of the packaging which was simply A cardboard cut out that secured the socks that had to be opened in order to get to the socks. I understand had I came back to this store a day or even a week later but to Know that I had just purchased them an hour earlier is ridiculous and nowhere in the store does it state that about the socks return policy or it should have been stated to me upon purchase. I TOLD THEM TO KEEP THEM I just waisted $16 and I assure you i will never shop at this store again and do not recommend you do either with policies like this They didn't even offer me an exchange. Poor customer service and poor customer policies. Enjoy your new pair of socks Please donate them to the...
Read moreI work in the area and have visited this store a few times. They're expensive but its downtown so its to be expected, I guess. They have a wide variety of styles to chose from which is very nice. They even have Charlie One horse hats, which I love. However, a staff member followed me around the entire time during my last visit. It was very uncomfortable. I felt like she thought I was going to steal something, as soon as I picked up anything she’d want to take it to the fitting room for me. She wouldnt let me out of her sight. I tried on a few things, in which she checked on me twice. I was in there maybe 5-7 mins? When I came out she peeked inside the dressing room as if to make sure I didnt leave anything or nothing looked out of the ordinary. It was weird. I didnt like it. As much as I look to support small business, I won’t be...
Read moreI went to the store and it's hot and way over priced. The lights in the "sale" section glare at you like "go away." In which case made me sick to my stomach. Also, I searched high and low in your store in Fort Worth, and there were no size mediums. What I did find was a dress I swore I tried on TWO YEARS ago when I bought my shoes there. It was a size large and still $98. I do not understand your retail store and have no intention of ever going back. Also, I shared all my feedback with "Deb," and her response was "you aren't the only one who complained about the lights over the sales rack." And I loved the shoes I bought from there (two years ago), but I have to apply bandaids before I wear them bc the leather tears up my skin. I think I've kept the shoes just to look at them. I no longer wear them; they...
