I was really looking forward to to skiing Park City. I took both of my sons. The snow was excellent. Unfortunately we could only look at it because most of the runs and lifts never opened. The resort wasn't very transparent about it either, allowing everyone to show up expecting a typical day on the mountain. The resort directed everyone to use the app, but it was often inaccurate about what was open and what was closed and how long the lift lines were. Evidently there was a shortage of Ski Patrol due to a strike. The ski patrollers we did see were blocking runs instead of opening additional terrain.
