This spa is worth the resort price tag. Tanner at the front desk was especially attentive and helpful with every request. Every detail was considered, and executed well. The individual lockers are easy to program and contain your robe, personal shampoo, conditioner and body wash and washcloth, hand towel and regular towel. The rest of the spa is well stocked to with everything you need to shower and get out the door looking finished. Michelle my massage therapist was especially attentive, even asking if I wanted her to give any area more attention before she asked me to turn over. They have an entire menu of specialty add-on's to accommodate any needs. And several choices of aroma therapy are included with the base massage. The sheets are comfy and smooth and the head rest is also covered with actual fitted sheet material rather than a paper like material you get at many spas. A wonderful surprise at the end of the massage was when the therapist slipped my feed into a new pair of warm fuzzy socks that she said were complimentary. The amenities are wonderful, including a waterfall hot tub, steam room and sauna and well. The other nice thing about this spa is they have a co-ed relaxation room to enjoy a warm team or snack if you are enjoying a massage with a partner. There is also a women only relaxation room if you prefer that. And finally, they offered a complimentary chilled glass of champagne or sparkling cider. It was a wonderful experience and I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Serenity with my daughter for massages and some girl time. My massage therapist was horrible. It felt like he had no idea what he was doing. We had added on 2 "extras" to our massages, the foot ritual and hydrating scalp treatment. The foot ritual was a little scrub on just my heels and plastic bags wrapped around my feet. I was expecting a nice scalp massage with the hydrating scalp treatment, nope. He just squeezed something on my scalp from a bottom and wrapped a towel around my head. I was looking forward to enjoying the "amenities" with my daughter post massage. In the relaxation room I was excited to see a menu of beverages and snacks. I was hoping to order some champagne and dessert. The only problem is I couldn't find anyone to actually order anything. There were other people talking loudly in the relaxation room so we decided to head to the hot tub. The waterfall is nice but it was super loud so we didn't stay in there long. That was really the only amenity we saw so we headed to shower and get ready to leave. That's when I accidentally found the steam room. Yay! The highlight of my spa day was the 10 minutes I sat in the steam room. Still no champagne. :(
The showers were nice and the shampoo and conditioner smelled great!
Way overpriced for the lack of amenities and the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSerenity Spa absolutely deserves five stars. The spa offers your standard treatments (massages, facials, etc), however itās the little things that make the spa stand out from its competitors.
When youāre waiting for your treatment, you get seated in a lounge area. The lounge area is relaxing, offering comfy couches to lay on with blankets to keep you warm, as well as snacks including nuts, yogurts, fruit, flavored waters, coffee and tea.
Once youāre done with your treatment, the locker rooms have your essentials from hair spray and deodorant to shaving and dental kids. You can enjoy a dip in their jacuzzi pool that has a waterfall for you to enjoy. Once youāre wrapping up your visit, your locker has a bag for all your dirty/wet clothes and a mint to top off the stay.
The staff, the service, the masseurs are all professionals, friendly, and outstanding. For those looking to get away from a typical ski vacation or want to spend some time indoors and away from the mountains, I highly recommend that this is the place where you should spend your...
