When one orders the "demo" package one expects quality equipment. The boots they put me in fit pretty well in the store. I asked specifically if the buckles could be tightened more as on most of the buckles I had them near their tightest setting. I was assured they could be.

After an hour on the mountain my feet might as well have been in slippers. I called the store. They said to come down the mountain and switch them out. That would have taken over an hour off my day so I opted to continue.

At the end of the day I again complained about the boots. Nothing. Not a "your next day is at a discount", no store credit, not even an "I'm sorry". I will not be going...

The worst service ever! They are so unorganized and rude we will never go back. As we were taking off our gear an employee asked if he could take them I said sure. We had a party of 7 so by the time we all were ready they had already taken majority of the gear, so I go to check out and the guy asks where's all our gear? I said your guys were taking them from us. He had the nerve to argue with me saying no one took our gear. Mind you there's like 8 employees throughout the store, so 5 min arguing to this idiot I point to who took it he comes over and tells him. And to top it off he did...

This Aloha team has gone above and beyond for me and our group every time. We have been traveling together to park city for 10+ years and we were lucky enough to find these guys last year. The service & prices were the best we've found and with the convenient location right at the base of canyons at the resort, you can't beat the value. Joe and Kenny were especially helpful with our group, helping us get the perfect gear for adults and kids. I would highly recommend making your next reservations here, we will be doing the same every time we are...
