Kohl's — Local services in Greenfield

I literally could find no one to help me find what I was looking for in the store. There was only one lady at the cashier and she came and helped me look for something, but she couldn’t find it either. Then she told me to go over that area and look over there. I finally got frustrated and left the store. I went out to my car and got online And ordered what I needed. I decided to come back in the store to see if they had a kiosk so I could order for free because I did not know that you could get free shipping while you’re at the store and I talked to a wonderful associate named Pat and she was very kind and helpful so thank you Pat, but the store was dark and dreary overcrowded with product And hardly any customer...

This tiny little kohls is hit and miss. The clearance is not always marked but having the ability to scan on the app led me to some great deals. The staff could use a lesson in customer service... I'm sure they have enough down time to gossip and talk amongst themselves that they don't need to waste customers time by standing around talking worried about where their Starbucks drink is and the older staff should realize they are not 17 and don't need to act like they are to fit in. They seemed to be doing a bit of reorganizing so I'm hoping for the best as it's what we've got in town but I'd much rather travel 15 more minutes to go to a store with a better selection and...

Is it just me, or has good service with a smile gone by the wayside? I found some items and went to stand in the check out line. The middle aged saleslady motioned for me to move up without interrupting her personal chat with another salesperson. No friendly greeting, or anything. She continued her other chat as though I wasn't there, and rang up my items. I was then told to come again as she handed me the bag.
