White Castle — Restaurant in Greenfield

I just got off work done a 12 hour shift and starving. I drive an hour and a half to and from work and usually I stop at white castle late at night and go through the drive threw. Today I went there and I asked if the 12 was the Belgium waffle the guy said yes so I told him that's what I wanted. But thats not what I got so I took it back inside and immediately just walking in with the bag 3 people shot me dirty looks. It took a few min for someone to even approach me. The young guy who did was rude. He went and got who I'm assuming is the manager. A red head kept shooting me dirty looks said I guess I'll have to do breakfast again. She proceeded to make my food. While making it she kept looking over at me giving me dirty looks. The hostility there is overwhelming and not somewhere ill wanna go again. The drive threw guy did apologize for the mistake. But the rest of them were ridiculous. I work in customer service and would never treat my customers the way they treated me an I run multiple businesses. You guys should really look...

Ordered 20 hamburger sliders with no pickle. Went through drive thru. There was only one car in front of me. They had to wait, which made me have to wait. After about 10 minutes they were asked to pull up so I could be waited on. It still took 5 more minutes for my order to arrive. I asked if they had held the pickle and was told no the pickle was still on the slider. I just shook my head. The person said they could remake the sliders if I would wait. There were two cars behind me plus the vehicle which had been pulled around. It had already been about 20 minutes. I just paid for my order and left. I did not want to wait another hour to get my order right. There was no one eating inside. The drive thru was the only thing open. It should not have taken so long to prepare the orders of the people who choose to go though the drive thru. It will be a while before I go back and I have always enjoyed White Castles sliders without cheese or pickles. But after the way my last visit went I will go else...

They said they had no french fries because they were working on fryer that was fine but wasn't too happy when my hamburgers were old dried up and burned. I took them back up there so the kid said they would make me some more. I waited 20 minutes and found out nobody had fixed them. So the kid finally did and fixed me 4 to make up for it. Unfortunately they were the same way. I gave up and left. I decided to try them again today November 2nd 2017 I ordered 3 hamburgers. The first one was fine but the other two were dark brown just like the other night I don't know whether they're burned or whether they are just old. I took him back in and they gave me two more and they were just a little bit Brown but they tasted better. I'm really disappointed in this...
