Since HR does not want to do anything about my wrongful termination for leaving a shift when the manager told me to leave because his pride was hurt when I told the GM I didn't want to work together anymore. Here is what you as a customer want to know about this location. 1.) There is an alarm you will hear go off they call "Party Time" where they should be washing their hands. Never once seen anyone do it. Ew 2.) If you come in first thing in the morning, expect left over from last night they put in a tray to cool and reheat the next day. 3.) We would mix up the Guac so you wouldn't see all the brown in it. Grant it is hard to keep guac fresh, but I have seen it first-hand. 4.) If you order mobile or online, expect it is not going to be worth the amount you'd get inside because you can't complain about it then and there. I was actually told I put too much food in the order and "It's better to be under than to be over." 5.) I was actually trained several different ways on several different things, so if your stuff is not consistent, I can take a guess as to why. 6.) They do not scrub the dishes. At all. They spray them down then dip it in a sanitizer bath for a few seconds. and when I tried to actually scrub the dishes, I was told how long I was taking on dishes. 7.) I started buying the ingredients myself and meal prepping this, I spend 2 hours to make 20 good sized entrees for $80. You are spending too much on the food I promise you. $20 an entree is surreal. 8.) I was fired for "Job abandonment" but that's an excuse they used so they wouldn't have to pay unemployment, I was actually fired with 0 talk or discussion on how to improve, but the manager who harassed me until I left the shift he told me to leave has had several HR cases about his temper and "They have been working on it". The real reason I was fired was because I told the Field manager that the General manager, Mark, let one of the night managers, Caydence, Cuss him out in front of all of us and the customers. Not only that, but afterwords they went to the back to flirt and play fight by dumping buckets of water on each other. It was super awkward to be around. Ā Ā Ā Read more4th of July, ordered two burritos and drove 20 minutes to pickup order. I got to the pickup window only to be told the store was out of sour cream and queso. Really? I was frustrated, they had 20 minutes where they could have called and told me that. I would have turned around and gone home. I ordered what I wanted. Anyway, I asked to just cancel the order, and it was like I was being unreasonable. I want what I ordered, not what you have ingredients for. She disappeared into the back to talk to the manager so, I left. No order was even made, nor did I receive anything. Now I get a notification from the app that I picked up my order. At this point I guess I get to dispute the charge on my card, which is fine, I really didn't want to spend any more time that th 40 minutes round trip I have invested, and still no food. Iāve ordered it a few times and didnāt have this issue previously so Iām not sure what happened, but it was very disappointing. It was more tortilla than anything else. There were barely any fajita veggies and the little bit that had been inside the quesadilla were burnt. The quesadilla is normally two separate triangle pieces as you can see online through the app. This looked like someone shoved a burrito that they attempted to cut in half (but maybe all of that tortilla stopped them) into the box and shut it.
