We hosted a Welcome Dinner at Swanson's Warehouse the night before our wedding. We wanted this type of event in place of a more formal rehearsal dinner, because we wanted the all of our wedding invitees to get two nights together to eat, drink, and celebrate--Swanson's was a perfect spot! The contact at Swanson's was easy to work with. The event was affordable and casual yet intimate. We picked the caterer. We hosted this event on December 30th so the colorful string lights felt perfectly festive! And the signs of Greenville's past covering the walls were fun for the Greenville natives--it took them back! (Photographer: Julia Madden Sears)

Watched my favorite poetry team, 'Say What?' do their thing here this past Thursday and I must say that I loved the entire feel on the inside. For some reason it reminded me of a camping trip because of the signs on the walls. Tried Liquid Death for the first time and there is no denying that this place is Stone Property Group related. 🤣 Thanks to Wits End Poetry, Kimberly Simms Gibbs, Moody Black, Jenice Pleasant, Shay Black and Marcus BlackPhoenix for the opportunity to watch another great poetry slam.

Swanson's hosted a great event for us that included a Food truck and live band. In was a great blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. The venue you is great, the people are even better. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique place in a great location!

We recently used Swanson's Warehouse for my wife's 40th birthday and I couldn't be more happy with this venue and everything they did to accommodate us.

If you're looking for a venue that can support all your needs, this is it. David and Parrish helped us get everything we needed to support 150 guest and took a lot of the stress off of the planning process. Not to mention, they had other ideas to help make the experience that much better.
