Such a good experience. Must have been manager who waited on us and boy is he charismatic! He explained each menu item and gave us recommendations. The person he was training was polite and everyone was really quite friendly (even though it took us a while to decide).

The drinks themselves were perfect, each what we were looking for. A Lychee Oolong and Matcha foam for my partner (something light with a gentle "tea and fruit plus cream" kind of flavor. Mine was a Creme Brulee Dirty Boba with Black Tea" and you could have 'knocked someone out with it', as my partner put it. It was EXACTLY what I was hoping for. Strong black tea without a bitter flavor, paired with a creamy-cheeseish flavor, caramel, and little flecks of browned sugar.

The boba is quite perfect in texture and flavor, not too sweet and a 'goldilocks' kind of chewiness.

We also had the Taro Cheesecake. It's not American style cheesecake at all. Light, airy, like a cake that a cheesecake whispered its dreams into. Lightly sweetened, delicate and springy.

Only complaint out of it all was that I think chocolate curls & shavings or shards would have been a better topping, more suitable to the cheesecake, over a Kit Kat. The rest of the menu has a freshness to it the Kit Kat doesn't add too.

I have frequented a lot of the local tea, milk tea, and specialty drink stores. For a store offering a variety of tea/milk tea drinks I would consider this to be average. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Their drink selection is unique and interesting in concept but I wasn't amazed by the taste. I had the Crème Brulée Dirty Boba, and my partner had the Dirty Boba. The taste of the drink felt like the ingredients didn't compliment each other, the boba had a good texture but not a stand out taste, and the black tea add-in didn't taste good. It is quite possible that those drinks just didn't settle well with us taste wise, but from that alone I do not think this place is worth while.

Aside from the actual drink quality, the atmosphere of the place, while unique, feels very bland and dull and not welcoming for long periods of time. Not very vibrant or "cosy" for lack of better words. Not an ideal sit down area or date space.

The staff though, seemed fairly welcoming and nice. I have no complaints regarding that, but no excelling service to make you feel more like a guest than a customer.

Yes, the drinks are great, however, the staff is not. We drive 45 min every single weekend to come here specifically because we enjoy the drinks. We also order four drinks for two people every time we go there as well as also bring friends and family sometimes. Even thought they see we are weekly clients, they never even give a smile whenever we enter the shop. They act dry and as if they have not seen us before. Last week we were recommended a drink and after getting it we did not like it so we asked for a change. They did change but not in an appropriate manner. Whenever we where trying to say thank you and sorry for this misunderstanding, the manager left me talking by myself after he turned around while I was talking and ignored everything I said. After that conflict, today, when we entered the shop two workers started talking to each other laughing while looking at us. I don’t know what this was for, but I did not feel comfortable.
