Some of the wort bartenders out there. They wear clothes that are 6 sizes too small, and think that they are hot enough to treat customers poorly. They look like they refuse to do anything physical, and do nothing but eat cheese curds, chilly dogs, and hamburgers from the restaurant. They have acne all over their faces that they try to cover up with more makeup than a clown. While I was there, with some friends, one of these little trolls tried to sell me some sort of white powder in a very small bag, and all of them had it running down their upper lip. They were also drinking heavily on the job. There was a couple people sleeping on the bar and a table. And there was a group of 20 year olds that they were serving alcohol to. I didnât see them ID a single person. To top it all off one of those tubby trolls tried to make me pay for another parties table as well as mine because âthey just walked out, and Iâm not going to get stuck with itâ. When I told her that wasnât my bill, and I had only had 3 beers, she got an attitude and yelled at me that she was going to get her manager âand weâll just seeâ. The GM came out of the back a few minutes later looking disheveled and geeked out, with the same white powder coming out of his nose, and said I had to pay for everything, to which I declined, and he said I was bannedâŚ. Really not surprising this dumpster fire of a place is temporarily closed. Hopefully...
Read moreAmazing food! This place is what buffalo wild wings wishes it could be. Only complaint is staff, had to flag down every time we needed anything and if you dont ask you wont get refills, I went two days in a row because everything was amazing, but both times the staff were not great. They didn't write my groups orders down both times we went and of course messed up the order and then got vocally upset and frustrated because we didn't want to pretend she nailed it both with the beer from the first night and the food from the other, these were 2 different waitresses btw. We even tested the dont ask the waitress dont get help theory by waiting for her to come back so we could ask for the check after we asked for boxes... took 30min even though we were clearly done, then finally gave up and asked. This place is the most incredible bar but please stop over serving beer to guest so I dont have to have these drunks yelling in my ear trying to hear the game and constantly falling out of seats onto me and please waitress just check in with guest at points that clearly need service and not just wait to be flagged, and please write the order down, I know you think it looks cool but I promise there is nothing wrong with writing the order so you can reference it later for refills or be sure all details are right. Again this place is INCREDIBLE, stop going to B-Dubs and eat here, but please just more...
Read moreStopped in hoping to catch the Mets vs. Yankees gameâa classic rivalry, and a game that should be on by default in any sports bar worth its name. Mind you, it wasnât even noon, and the place was nearly emptyâless than a handful of people in the entire restaurant. I sat directly at the bar, in front of multiple TVs, and still had to wait an unreasonably long time just to be acknowledged.
When I finally got the bartenderâs attention, I politely asked if she could put the Mets / Yankee game on the main TV. Her response? A flat-out refusal. Said she wouldnât change it because of a âgolf game.â A golf game. In a dead-silent bar. With no one watching.
This is exactly whatâs wrong with places like this: zero effort to cater to the customer, zero interest in providing a welcoming or responsive environment, and absolutely no understanding of basic hospitality. When your restaurant is empty and you still canât provide decent serviceâor even consider a reasonable requestâyou clearly donât care about your patrons or their business.
I came in ready to enjoy a game, some food, and spend money. Instead, I got brushed off and ignored. If this place doesnât want customers, theyâre doing a great job of driving them away.
I wonât be returningâand I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone looking for actual service or a true sports...
