Chilgogi Korean BBQ — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

I've only eaten here twice so far and it's been good both times. The first time I got the beef and the second time I got the spicy pork. The meat is very lean and tender. Their spicy sauce is really delicious. The spicy pork was wickedly hot like vindaloo Indian very hot. I'm pretty sure it was some kind of glitch because a regular person could not eat it. I love very spicy food and I am trained over many years to eat it. It was like instead of a half a teaspoon of hot pepper it got two tablespoons. It was a process of taking one bite and then catching my breath as it tried to asphyxiate me. Even though I'm sure it wasn't right I loved it but other people would have been calling the restaurant and demanding a credit. Both times I got that fried mashed potato appetizer thingy. It is so perfectly fried, crunchy, tender and not greasy with this delicious sauce. It's worth going there...

Riding up on motorcycle, first off, the parking lot had trash scattered about. Then my friend and I walk inside and see our friend not there yet. So, as being set up similarly to a Panda Express, we briefly viewed the screen overhead to see what we wanted, and then sat down to wait on our friend. We were told before sitting down that there was a touch screen we needed to put our order into. We said ok, we're just waiting on a friend. When we sat down, we had our helmets on the table, and kept getting asked to hurry up and order, so we left. If they can't allow someone a guest running 5 to 10 minutes late meeting up with someone, they don't need our business. Chilgogi Korean BBQ delivers on every level — food, service, and atmosphere. The meat quality was top-notch, perfectly marinated, and grilled to perfection right at the table. Every bite was bursting with flavor! The side dishes were fresh and plentiful, especially the kimchi and pickled radish.

Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had a great energy that made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxing.
