Outstanding service! I had seen a German Miner Smoker figurine during the Christkindlmarket on 12/2 and after we left Helen, I decided I wanted it. Unfortunately, we live two hours away. This shop reminded me of the many beautiful shops I visited when I was stationed in Germany. Wonderful memories! I took a chance and emailed Lindenhaus Imports and was in contact with James. He was so very kind and gracious, he even took photos of the various smokers and nutcrackers to help me narrow down which one I had wanted. He was so professional and helpful! The best little shop in Helen is definitely Lindenhaus Imports! James was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the cuckoo clocks, took his time to show us what each clock does, and even helped us narrow down exactly the features we were looking for. We splurged on an authentic German made clock, and couldn’t be more excited to receive it in the mail. If you don’t see they one your looking for, they can track it down and ship it directly to you.

This place is amazing the people who work there are so helpful I literally was there four hours trying to pick out a clock and they were so patient and did not mind my waiting and playing each cuckoo clock over and over so I could see which one I got I ended up getting one that was $800 and they made a deal with me which is an excellent thing I am enjoying my clock so much I have to wind it every day and that just makes it even more special. They have other things in there too just stop in and say hi and check out everything they have I guarantee you will come out...
