My friend and I went to your store looking for a particular item and when we asked your sales associate if you happened to stock it, she very rudely said you did not. We moved on and kept looking around only to find that you do in fact carry the item. We tried to be friendly and nicely let her know that you did carry the item, so she could point any future customers in the same direction. It was intended as a yay we found it sort of thing, meant to perhaps smooth whatever offense we seemed to have given when asking in the first place. She was very rude and dismissive, mumbling things under her breath as well. Needless to say we left without buying anything at that point as she clearly felt you didn’t need our business.
