I recently had the most incredible experience at Luana Waikiki Massage and I couldn't wait to share my thoughts. From start to finish, everything about this place was simply amazing.

Plus, the location is incredibly easy to find, right in the heart of Waikiki. Locals, they validate parking! IF you're a visitor, you can walk from any hotel in Waikiki in minutes.

As a larger than average man, I sometimes find it challenging to fully relax during a massage, but that was not the case here. The lomi-lomi massage I received was nothing short of magical. The skilled therapists at Luana Waikiki truly have the healing touch. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the entire session, which is something I've struggled to find at other places.

The choice of aromatherapy oils was a nice touch, especially after a long day of work. The blend of scents added an extra layer of relaxation to the experience, and I left feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated.

I had a 60 minutes Lomi Lomi and Lymphatic massage (including the feet) today. My massage therapist was Ayumi and she is amazing! First was the foot bath. Ayumi checked which aromatherapy scent I would like to use and which areas of the body I wanted her to focus on for the massage. During the massage, Ayumi checked with me the pressure I preferred. I actually fell asleep and was probably snoring! The massage included a scalp massage as well and hot towels. I was offered some water afterwards as well as a small gift. Ayumi escorted me to the lift afterwards and bowed very graciously until the lift doors closed. I actually forgot my wrist watch in the massage treatment room and didn't realise this until I arrived back at my hotel. I was able to call Luana Waikiki Hawaiian Massage and leave a message to say I was returning to look for my watch. When I arrived, my watch was quickly located and given to me. Once again the staff called the lift for me and all 3 staff members deeply bowed until the lift doors closed. This is Japanese hospitality at its best. My daughter & I had an awesome experience at Luana Spa, getting our first ever Lomi Lomi massages! The staff was wonderful & provided impeccable customer service in a clean & relaxing environment, at an affordable price, & therapists who gave us massages that left us both feeling rejuvenated & refreshed. During the masssge, the therapists gently checked in to made sure we were comfortable & enjoying our experience which I really appreciated. My daughter & I were blown away by how attentive & genuinely welcoming & friendly all the staff members were. We were also pleasantly surprised at the beginning of our visit with a fabulous foot bath with aroma therapy to ease us into “spa mode”and then ended our visit with us both receiving adorable chopsticks as souvenirs & a cold bottle of water. As we left the spa, all the staff members escorted us to the elevator while we chatted about our families. Luana Spa was by far the best spa experience we’ve ever had!
