Excellent location in Waikiki between Ala Wai and Kuhio. Easy walking to nearby beach, shops, and restaurants. Probably the best condo pool in the area. Some ocean views possible on higher floors. Units closer to Dianmond Head side will have some obstruction of views. Some units starting to show age. Mostly owner occupied with a few Short Term Renters. Most resident managers are friendly and reasonable. However, watch out for the one named Renato. He's a toxic and miserable human that will profile certain guests. He threatens violations writeups for the most harmless infractions. Some facility repairs (like parking gates) take weeks. Grounds and pool are usually tidy. Recycling needs to be brought down to dumpsters on ground floor. Regular garbage down the chutes. Most residents are cool. Literally 1 or 2 exceptions with Karenesque behavior. Fantastic place, we’ve spent 3 months and have absolutely great time. Building is in very good condition, clean well maintained and no signs of pests. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, you just need to be nice to them. Easy guest parking. Pool is amazing and view of the ocean is breathtaking. Great experience! Love the pool and the hot tub. Everything is secured with use of a key fob, felt extremely safe. Walking distance to EVERYTHING! About a 8min walk to the beach. Really love it.
