My husband brought me a beautiful ring in December. Renee in the store was wonderful and sized the ring and shipped it to me. I received the ring on 12/31. I had the ring 3 months and I noticed a diamond was missing. I shipped the ring back around Easter ( End of March), finally by June 3rd they sent me a notice that I damaged the ring and wanted to charge me to repair. I wore it for 3 months and I don’t do any heavy lifting or work so no clue on how this could have happened. They wanted to charge me 18% of the cost of the ring to repair. I said no ship the ring back to me. I received the ring back today 7/25. So they had my ring longer than I did and it’s still missing the diamond. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. They do not stand behind the product.

I can recommend this place if you are looking for locally made jewelry or if you are looking for jewelry with pearls and stones sourced from other parts of the world. They had good designs as well. Restrooms were not in the shop but were located nearby. Parking can be an issue in this area. Images are from two close by Na Hoku outlets in the same complex.

We happened to stroll past this shop in Hilton Hawaiian Village and I wandered in looking for some inspiration. I usually purchased a small jewellery piece on each trip I go on, does not have to be fine or expensive, just to remind me of the joy of our vacation each time I wear it. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but Joanna was very observant in helping me; she could tell what I liked based on my jewellery of the day and I tried on various styles and sizes. Ultimately, I chose 14k yellow gold plumeria leverback earrings, a perfect symbol of this epic trip in Hawaii. They are dainty and gorgeous, thank you Joanna and Na Hoku!

We visited this store inside Hilton Hawaiian Village on New Year’s Eve we were searching for a modest gift for my favorite boss. My husband loves to evaluate jewelry and has a very keen eye for details. The sales clerk Joanna noticed him observing a necklace and then took out a jewelers loop and explained how it was made of white sapphires and gold we were both astonished. What a delightful experience Joanna gave us in her store that day. We went in to buy a small pair of pearl earrings and came away with so much more.
