This store has TERRIBLE customer service! I went in to return some clothes I had ordered online that didn’t end up fitting me. When I walked up to the counter a blonde haired girl wearing a camo baseball hat by the name of Amanda immediately gave me attitude when I told her I wanted to make a return. Mind you, I was still well in the return policy and every piece of clothing had its tags still attached and were in brand new, unworn condition. I also had the order pulled up on my phone. The whole time she was doing the return she had a scowl on her face, did not look up once or say anything, and acted like I was a burden. It was honestly very uncomfortable and rude!! I’ve worked in retail and customer service for over 5 years and that attitude towards an innocent person returning some clothes after a long day at work is absolutely unacceptable. That was also not the first time I’ve had a terrible experience involving rude employees at this store. After numerous attempts to get ahold of a francesca’s representative through their help line and email, my last Hope was to contact this store. I’m not sure the name of the employee at this store, but she was very helpful in tracking down my package. She took down my address and scheduled it to be sent straight to my house.
