I’ve never felt more uncomfortable or disrespected at a nail salon. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. The owner was incredibly unprofessional and argumentative throughout my visit. When I voiced one simple concern about my service, instead of answering respectfully, he repeatedly told me to "talk to the shop camera above for proof that I’m happy" and urged me to stop the service or leave because “I didn’t know what I wanted” even after I told him I wanted to continue with the service. I was shocked and deeply upset by how dismissive and rude he was.

The service itself was rushed, with no care or attention to detail. My polish came out bumpy and uneven. When it was clear I was upset due to his constant berating that ultimately made me cry, the owner seemed to acknowledge his behavior by offering to waive the charge, which only confirmed that he knew how poorly he had treated me.

This experience was left me feeling disrespected and humiliated on vacation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or even basic human decency. Avoid...

Im not sure why the reviews are low but I really wanted to update because I had a great experience. Im used to really high end and quality nail salons so I was skeptical to come here based on reviews. I desperately needed a mani pedi so I figured Id try my luck. I made an appointment and even though I was a little late, they fit me in and started my services right away. They did my mani and pedi at the same time so I was in and out twice as fast. Helen and Tom did an excellent job and were so nice! Im visiting from out of town and was pleasantly surprised at how good my mani and pedi turned out. I highly recommend giving this place a try because it was well worth the money and customer service. They also had a really nice color selection for gel so that was great. Very happy with results! Hands and feet both look clean, well shaped and pretty....

I got the scalp shampooing treatment that was 50 minutes long but felt like the perfect length. This all happened in a separate room Away from the pedicure and manicure area of the lot. It was in a single person small to medium size room with a highly comfortable hair wash bowl. And a massage table you lay on while this magical experience happens. I felt comfortable and to me it felt like a schedule… it started off with an upper body hot stone massage which then transferred to a mini facial which then led to a hairline massage and the hair washing process that includes a nice scalp massage and ends with freshly blow dried hair that look and feels soft, shiny, clean, amazing!! I highly recommend this place...
