Sent a message at 10:41. By almost 2:00, no response. Took a long late lunch and walked into their showroom. Didn't see anyone there and called out, "Hello?" loudly. Walked the whole showroom - on crutches. Still couldn't find a soul until I came around the last corner and it was a lady in an office and she wanted to know what I wanted. (Hmmmm. I'm in an appliance store - the winning lottery numbers, a trip around the world, a new ankle, a new truck. What did she think I wanted?!) Told her what I needed. Both salesmen were outside in their vehicles. One finally drifted in about five minutes later after putting out his cigarette. Said they had gotten my message but that was a short time ago. (They weren't busy.) They didn't have what I was looking for and tried to sell me something smaller than what I was needing. Then he tried to upsell me something for over $100 more plus the delivery fee of $85 just to put it inside my door and we handle the rest. No, thank you. I was prepared to buy then and there but this kind of customer service is why we will not be buying local and going to...

Not reliable, first we bought a refrigerator, they told us they would install it, they backed it up and didn't install it because it was on the 5th floor, we bought a fan for the oven hood, they also charged us for installation and delivery, but they call us and he said it will not be delivered or installed nor will installation and delivery be returned but we have to go pick up and josh is the most unprofessional and pushy. I don't know how you work in customer service your job is horrible When we arrived the customer service is horrible.
