I’ve been a loyal customer here for over a year and even recommended this place to friends but after today, I’m done. I had a very important event the next day and booked a mani-pedi. I was just 5 minutes late and the main lady spoke to me with so much attitude, saying she’d only do my manicure during the pedicure because I was “late.” Then the pedicure lady cut my toe badly it bled instantly and has still been bleeding hours later. Not a single apology, not even basic concern. Instead, I was told “it’s just a tiny cut.” Are you serious?

They still charged me full price with zero acknowledgment and had the nerve to ask for a tip. I said I’m not tipping after that experience, and she just said “don’t pay then,” with the same cold attitude.

It’s not just bad service, it’s inhumane. If you can’t be kind or accountable, you shouldn’t be in a customer-facing business. Never...

Every single treatment I’ve had here has been literally perfect. Rosie and Ana are both super sweet, clean, neat, and listen to what you want and implement it beautifully. I have very weak nails naturally so they recommended I start with Dazzle Dry and go back and forth between gel and it’s helped maintain my strength so much more. I've been coming to this salon for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! I’ve had multiple manicures and pedicures with Rosie, and every time, she does an amazing job, my nails always look flawless. She's so detail-oriented and always makes sure I’m happy with the results.
