Unprofessional and rude staff. I went there last year. The doctor failed to write my prescription comfortable so I asked for my old prescription simply to order glasses. Interestingly I called again today to ask for a new appointment, they black listed me because of my request last year.
Update: Please look at the reply from the owner. Very rude and they show no respect for the patientļ¼I have a very high prescription so any tiny adjustment would make me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately this optometrist CANNOT UNDERSTAND with her doctor degree. Do not go to this place! Your feelings and concerns are not taken!
Update: You SHOULD make an apology instead of deleting your reply or asking me to delete my review! I have taken screenshot.
PASTED FROM THE OWNER'S REPLY: There is no point coming in for an eye exam here when you do not let you eye doctor write a prescription for you. If you want to be the doctor and tell the doctor what to write, please find another place that will let you play your doctor when you do not have a doctorate degree.
Update 8/25: The terrible reply was made by the optometrist here Dr. Balvinder Bharj. I would suggest to avoid this doctor here as she is crazy, rude, and unprofessional, and keeps harrassing and bully me because I wrote...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdit: LensCrafters at Macy's did a solid to me and rebuilt the glasses to perfection 5 months after delivery. This is world class customer service so I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. Thank you LensCrafters and special thanks to Jessica who personally took care of me. I really appreciate it!
Old review: Messed up properly setting up the ocular center for the lenses of my eyeglasses and when I complained initially about the blurry vision, they told me that I needed to āadjustā to the new glasses.
I tried āadjustingā over the months but with no avail going back to my old pair but then in the last attempt, I realized a portion of the glasses do show clearly but thats not where my eye sits naturally and then researched and learned about ocular centers. When I confronted them about this, they basically told me Iām too late. Itās been little over 5 months. I know it is not very soon but I was just trying to āadjustā. If only they had admitted they screwed up the moment I complained about blurry vision, we wouldnāt be here.
Well way to lose a customer and all the whole extended family, LensCrafters. Weāre not coming to any of your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent there mid July for the first time to use my insurance. Customer service started out well. I notice Patricia was very assertive with her sales tactics and was not transparent in discussing the progressive lens options that I know would be best for me. It's like she just chose the most expensive lens option to meet sales quota saying its the best of the best so I trusted her. I tried out the frames for about a week and tried calling to ask why vision is blurry when I look to the right or left but my calls was not being answered even after I left a message until I called from a different phone line. What kind of customer service is that?! Did not meet my expectations with Progressive Eyewear because the lens did not have a wide angle view that I had to get a refund. Why should I pay extra to upgrade my lens to wide angle?! If you have a low nose bridge and need nose pads in your frames, both lenscrafters at this mall have such limited selection. Plastic frames have become the dominant products they carry with...
