Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Newport Center — Restaurant in Jersey City

Listen, I’ve been to this Haagen Dazs in person AND have ordered for delivery and each and every single time, it SLAPS! Now, I am very, very particular about my sundaes. Not everyone can make a good sundae. I’ve even been to Haagen Dazs locations where the dazzler sundae just was not hittin, and when I’m craving Haagen Dazs, I NEED my dazzler to SLAP. And sorry, but I’m just a bit of a snob with my sundaes and food in general, so when I go to a Haagen Dazs and my dazzler is poorly made, it kinda ruins my mood. That’s why I am forever thankful for this particular Haagen Dazs because they’ve yet to miss. Also, Everytime I go in person, for the most part, the staff who take my order and make my sundaes are great, and friendly. It is so appreciated! This time, I ordered online. What I usually get, is a dazzler sundae, made with pralines and cream ice with caramel and nuts. Lately however, Haagen Dazs hasn’t had pralines and cream on their menu, so if they see this, I’m hoping they’d consider it lol! Since it wasn’t an option, I got a dazzler sundae, made with butter pecan ice cream, caramel and nuts. It was just divine. It truly hit the spot and made my day. I’ve could’ve eaten a second one lol. But I was charged over 40 DOLLARS FOR 2 CONES last week!

We purchased 2 cones which supposed to be 15 dollars. I gave the employee my card, he swiped twice and then told me that the payment didn't go through. So I provided a different card and it did went through. However when I checked my account I saw a 15 dollar transaction and a 17 dollar transaction from one card, and a 15 dollar transaction from another card. They are not in "pending" method.

That employee (Hindu, male) simply trolled me and CHARGES ME 3 TIMES ON PURPOSE! Please be aware of this place and CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT immediately after any purchase at this location.

I still love Haagen Dazs but I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE. And HAAGEN DAZS YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOUR...
