By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t even bother trying to rent a u-haul from here unless you are purposely trying to give yourself high blood pressure.
I think, it is valid to want to get the best rates/ options being that it is Your own money and your own spending. We asked the guy behind the counter for the rates when it came to leaving the uhaul in another location versus bringing it back to the same location, when immediately, after the Second time of asking so (we could decide the best deal for us) he looses his temper and continued to say “do it by yourself” then walked away from the counter. Tried asking him again to “please” assist us for we were on a time crunch, and he continued to then walk away saying “do it by yourself”
We then followed his orders via a QR code and once we were done confirming everything on OUR OWN he still didn’t want to help us with getting the vehicle.
Gas attendant was kind to come help us, when they realized they had all the information on their end.
When we finally got the vehicle, we came to find it with little to no gas.
This experience was by far more stressful than it had to be, when all in all, the man behind the counter had all the access on his computer and PURPOSEFULLY declined to help us because he lost patience when we were asking the basic price points and options of renting...

After I finished the online pickup process, the agent was meant to deliver the key to me. But he just sat in his gas station shop and did not move/try to help at all. I had to wait after a long line of customers at the shop. I rented my truck to pick up at 1:30pm, but becuz of this, I only got the truck when it was nearly 2:00pm.
However, what's worse was that when I returned the truck, the guy again was busy serving other customers. I arrived at the place 1:34pm a day later, just 4 mins over the return time (considering that I got the truck late, I believe 4mins late is no big deal). But since I had to wait for other customers, the guy eventually logged my return time as 2:05pm and charged me the fee for two days, with a total of nearly $120 (I literally had just driven 16 miles....)!!!! He did not even tell me he was going to do this. I only realized this when I got the receipt from U-haul and I had already left the location.
This has been an awful experience for me and I suggest any customer to pay attention when renting at this...

When I was picking up my truck with my reservation number and every other information, the guy told me to scan a QR code and do online check out by myself. But the website have a lot of bugs, it asked me for the picture of the driver license 3 times, sent me over 10 verification codes and still couldn’t get me a truck. The process took an hour long. He ended up helping me check out a truck within 2 mins. I was wondering, could him help me at the beginning and avoid this mess? He would watch you waste 1 hour of your time when he know he could help you get it done in minutes. And when I returned it, he (one other guy) even ask me for 20 dollars extra tip for helping checking out or he would not help. He just ignored me and kept organizing the shelf. Be prepared to spend hours of more time here or tip those guys 20 dollars extra each visit, both pick up and return. Avoid. I would go to a further location to pick up uhaul trucks next time or choose other companies if I need...
