Gary was so friendly over the phone. I was glad to hear that he was a local. He helped me secure the diamond in my wedding band. While I was there I couldn’t help but notice the beautiful pieces he had on display. The prices were so good I plan to return and buy a sapphire and diamond bracelet he had. Thanks Gary. I returned this summer ( 2023 ) and bought a beautiful diamond bracelet called happy diamonds. Gary was so helpful. He couldn’t help himself but to show me everything in the store he thought I might like. He surprised me with a 2 carat blue diamond. We agreed after hours and he had it set. When I returned to pick up the ring it was the wrong diamond. Gary left the store and went to find his jewelry repair person. He managed to get the ring finished before our ship left. He told us a story about getting a client onto a ship with a crane. Thankfully we made the gangplank. Gary made us feel like part of the family. When the stone became loose on my ring he made sure that it was fixed properly and had the ring modified for me at his own expense. I will be a customer for life. I believe he has a new piece that he is making for me.
