Absolutely lackluster, disappointing LP location that does not hold up to the brand standards, at all. Visited the store to purchase a romper that was advertised in their marketing emails, and I was not greeted or even offered assistance even though I had already taken a garment from the rack.
Since no one seemed to notice me, even though the store was mostly empty and there were 5 people working, I found my own dressing room and let myself in to try the item on.
Deciding I liked it, I went to the counter to check out and there were no smiles, no “oh this is cute, we just got this in, did you see the other things we got in?” etc. The associate wouldn’t even look me in the eyes.
This all rubbed me the wrong way, so after dropping $156 and exiting the store with my purchase I had second thoughts immediately. I went in five minutes later to return it, and already the staff had forgotten me and asked if anything was wrong with the item I had bought five minutes prior. I said no, but that they weren’t helpful or faking interest in the slightest and I’d rather just shop online. No apologies, acknowledgement or anything was given.
This was just so different from their other Florida locations. I expected great things from this Disney Springs store as the staff hired in DS are typically fantastic, but this place was a lemon. Please don’t waste your time or money at...
Read moreYikes, this is very likely the worst experience I’ve had in this entire Disney vacation. The employees were the epitome of rude. As soon as I walked in, I got a strange feeling (when I wasn’t even quickly greeted), but being the Lilly lover I am, I tried to push through. I should have listened to my instincts because the experience was horrible. There were 4 employees working in a store with barely any guests inside…yet not a single one asked me if I needed help (though I’d witnessed them asking the older Caucasian women multiple times if they could help them). I had to literally chase one associate down to ask if there were any additional sizes in a dress I liked; she came back very quickly from the back and said no (like she hadn’t even actually looked). I then witnessed an employee making of a customer who she was on the phone with (mocking her with weird faces as she spoke to her); I get that customers can be irritating, but that was extremely unprofessional. When I finally got fed up and left, I passed by 2 associates who made eye contact with me and didn’t tell me goodbye or thank you.
Don’t waste your time going into this store, especially if you’re a...
Read moreThis is actually from a while back (Nov 2016) but I just remembered it and I got really mad so here goes. The employees in this store were so incredibly rude it was kind of amazing. I had a dress or two in my hands and I attempted to make eye contact with the salesgirls to get them to ask if I wanted to try them on but no one ever asked, they just continued to converse with one another about some stupid interview. I had to let myself into a dressing room and then I later had to redress to get a dress in a new size to try on because none of the workers ever checked on me, and when i came back out I got dirty looks. I didn't know where to find the dress in other sizes, because when i picked it up it was on the wrong rack and by itself, so I asked the one sales girl if she could help me find it. Annoyed that I interrupted her ever important conversation, she rolled her eyes and got the dress. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything, even though I had gone in there intending to buy...
