Sugarboo & Co. — Local services in Lake Buena Vista

This is a great store if you are into inspirational sayings. According to the internet, this company started in 2005. The owner is Rebecca Puig and she named it after nicknames for her children. I could find 8 locations but I have only visited this one. I actually try to visit it every time I go to Disney Springs. The store is inside a large building with a roof just to the south of the Orange Garage. The large shaded open area over the walkway is a nice resting area for visitors not used to the Florida heat. This store is along the south side of the walkway. It is packed with items and covered with lots of sayings on many different types of medium like paper, cloth, mugs, and jewelry. I love inspirational sayings and this store definitely scratches that itch, over and over again. I think that I have found something that inspires me every time that I have visited. Their prices vary from low to high. You can easily find something that you might want at a very reasonable price but, then again, what is inspiration worth? Isn’t it priceless? SugarBoo & Co is the Most Fabulous store in Disney Springs! I could stay in the store for hours and still not read or see everything! This store is the 1st store we visit when we enter down the orange escalator!! It's an Amazing Store. I am currently a 4 time cancer survivor ( 2xBreast and 2 Bone Marrow Transplants) This Amazing store speaks to my SOUL! On my latest visit I purchased Choose Peace Framed Art Print! Kayla and Nat were Sooooo KIND and Helpful which made my shopping experience sooo wonderful. My framed art was delivered before I even returned home!! The only issue I had was should I purchase the Black or Beige print! LOL. I almost feel as though I should have bought them BOTH!!!! They are truly One of a Kind store with Heartfelt items. I also bought a Peace bag for my Sweet Kind Niece (my bone marrow donor!) along with a leather bound book to write Love Notes in to my only Sweet Grandson, to leave for him when I am someday no longer here!! I bought a really cute notepad as a gift for my sister yesterday. Unfortunately, she later told me she didn’t want it, so I decided to return it. When I went back to the store today, I was told that they don’t accept returns and my only option was a gift card. I mentioned that no one informed me of this policy at the time of purchase, and they pointed to a small notice near the register – which wasn’t even facing customers, making it practically impossible to see.

When I politely explained my situation, the employee called over her supervisor, saying he would “deal” with me, which felt incredibly rude. The supervisor, Axel Nieves, was dismissive and rude, telling me, “It’s not my problem,” and insisting I either take the gift card or exchange the item.
