This was my second visit to the store. I have no complaints from my first visit but this time we met Katie and she was amazing. She understood I wanted to try many sizes and see all the colors that don’t translate well on the website. She even helped me check if my laptop fits inside the bags I want and volunteered to help with my return of a previous online purchase. It’s very rare to find a salesperson this engaged in sharing all her knowledge of the products and helping me find what works for me (wide feet, limited colors for business attire, can’t carry too much weight on my shoulder bag) even when she knew there was a low probability she could make a sale because the store opened less than 2 months ago and they still have a limited selection compared to all the online options. I had the most wonderful experience with Madison S. at this store on 10/3/2025! I purchased a pair of Rothy's online years ago and they didn't fit well. I sent them back and went up a 1/2 size and they still didn't fit right, so I basically gave up on the brand. That is until I walked in and Madison helped me. She was able to find me the right style to fit my foot perfectly. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She even asked questions to anticipate my style wants regarding shoe and metal colors! Thanks to her I was able to find several styles that fit my feet perfectly. I can't thank Madison enough for helping me find some great shoes for work and helping me find several other styles so I know exactly what to order online...

I went in looking for help because I had purchased a pair of shoes online. I had used their suggestions to pick my size but after testing them out they did not fit. I went in looking for help on an exchange and I was directed to who I assume was a manager. She did not greet me, she looked at my shoes and asked if I had worn them. She said since I had worn them, even to test, they could not exchange them. She was cold and did not offer any suggestions other than emailing customer service, who has also not been helpful.
