Joe’s — Local services in Las Vegas

My son and I just visited this store today at 2pm. The 3 workers there saw us enter the store and didn't acknowledge us. We went right pass them to the back of the store and still weren't greeted so we decided to leave even though there were items there we were interested in purchasing. As we mdee our way to the exit, an Indian lady and her companion entered the store and were immediately greeted by at least 2 of the 3 workers. Needless to say my son and I are black. I'm not saying they are racist at this Joe's Jeans location, but rather they don't think it's worth their time to greet black patrons. I've spent thousands on this brand for my son both directly from Joe's website or through their retail partners over the years - seriously disappointed by my experience. Maybe they should take a page out of Starbucks book and get their employees some race sensitivity training. I'll never visit this location again and will tell my friends and family...

I just had the most amazing experience shopping at Joe's! Gigi and Sienna were beyond helpful and friendly.

I had no idea what size I was so I had to try on quite a few jeans to find that perfect fit. I love that their jeans are pre-washed and will stretch throughout the day so it's super easy to find exactly what your fit is. Highly recommend buying jeans in person and not online.

Gigi was so on top of checking on me to see if I needed different sizes or styles. She brought me items. I never thought I would wear, but ended up loving once I put on.

We got to talking about business and life and she got me so motivated to think outside the box with my clients. Gigi is just one of those people that you want to be around and support.

I am obsessed with my 4 new pairs of jeans and making this my go to stop for high quality clothes and a top tier...

I was reading the rest of the comments and must I say I disagree with the below comment I had a total opposite experience. I’m Latina and I came in the store talking Spanish with my mom and was super glad that they had a bilingual associate that was able to assist me . The customer service at this store is so beyond good , it made my mom and I feel very welcomed. We walked out with two pairs of jeans each ! I’ll definitely will be back again with friends...
