Birkenstock — Local services in Lincoln City

As some might not know this is NOT a real Birkenstock store, they are just using the name and only have a few actual Brikenstocks. The real name is Coastal Shoes. But the two stars is for there customer service. An older man told me I could exchange my shoes for a wide pair after only wearing them for 5 mins. After driving 1 1/2 hours to exchange the shoes, the same guys said "want's you wear them the are unreturnable". And because of the few small pieces of dirt on the bottom on my shoes, I could not return them ether. When ever shoe manufactures makes their sizes slightly different, how can we see if our $200 purchase fits without wearing them. Go some where else, please! We came here on June 26th, 2019 at around 5:45PM. There was only one woman working there and she was unbelievably rude! I have NEVER been talked to with such disrespect. To the point we actually had to say something to her. I didn’t get her name, unfortunately, but I will be calling to speak with the manager and see that proper action gets taken. We just asked for more sizes and she goes “The sizes are on the back of the shoe”. Then she ROLLS her eyes. I’m sorry, but she needs to be FIRED. Wife and I decided to come in and see what they had. As we walked in an older gentleman employee looked at our shoes, both of us wearing Adidas sneakers, and made a disapproving guttural noise and walked away. I tried to just let it go but after being in the store about five minutes noticed he happily greeted a new potential customer walking in as if they were best friends. Nope he was wearing Birkenstocks so I guess to him that meant an easy sale. We will be sticking with our local Birkenstock store as there is no judgment when we walk in with something else...
