I took my best friend here for her birthday today and we were so excited. The instructor I think her name was Karina set the tone off oddly it wasn’t even time to start yet and she was rushing us when we were looking around the shop. I also had a huge indent in my ring from the pliers and she wouldn’t let me start over at the first step. I didn’t understand why when there were so many scraps and redos in the scraps tray. Her tone was rude and cold. It was so awkward the rest of the time for the rest of the group. I did still tip her $15. Also, the gems were not very pretty so I picked an evil eye glass stone. I recommend bringing your own gem or stone. For larger stones and ring bands that are textured, there is an up charge so I wish it was more transparent on the website. Came here with my sister in law after seeing them pop up on my tik tok fyp. Such a fun idea and the instructor was amazing but i thought that one aspect was a little deceptive. The "stones"included in the pricing are the size of rice or orzo (pasta) they have other stones to choose from, of course, that go up in price from there but that was really disappointing that they were so tiny, and i say that because of the steps needed to finish the ring. Another woman there picked an included stone (very small but the biggest available) and she was scared, and rightfully so, having to get her fingers so close to the grinder.
