House of Hayden — Restaurant in Long Beach

Its a mellow vibe. Place is clean and hasnt changed much in years if at all. Which can be a good thing. Same female bartender through out the years. But the Same smug face and snarky comments for some odd reason.

Also if you order the same thing all night you will notice she will up the price on your drinks or start short changing you. A few people with me started noticing that as well...

If your into that sort of thing slide on in this is your spot.

I love this place! I have lived and visited places coast to coast in United States and several countries overseas and I have to say this is one of the best bar/pubs I have every been in. The bartenders are super friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and all the customers I ran into are more than willing to chat with you and make you feel like a regular. Anyone who wants to run a successful business needs to take pointers from this place. And to the crew at House of Haden, thanks for making my trip so much more...

This was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. On September 1st, I asked the server with glasses a simple, polite question about the drink options. Instead of answering like a professional, she literally screamed at me: “There is only what YOU CAN WANT.”

That level of disrespect is unbelievable. Not only was it completely uncalled for, it ruined the entire experience. If this is how your staff treats paying customers, then this place has a serious problem with training and hospitality. Absolutely...
