1100 Wilshire — Local services in Los Angeles

Ughhh worst place ever. Seriously... since living here for a year, they have fired every single front door person who runs our security 24/hrs except for one kind old man Steve. Even the main guy had left because people are treated poorly and that goes for the people who are living here as well.

They have a lot of money issues. $500 fine for having my small micro French bulldog off the leash .... he has a heart murmur and cannot be on a leash... the people who run this neighborhood are ridiculous. I'm so happy we finally left the place .They write fines for anything they can. Its hilarious. They obviously need money.... 2 people on my floor had just left as well so i;m sure the place is speaking for itself ....

Lucky they even get 1 star......

I could go on for days with this...

I moved in a month ago, transferring from and selling my home in Oakland. 1100 Wilshire is everything I hoped it would be: superb front reception services and friendly, well trained staff…spotless pool/jacuzzi/grill/gymnasium spaces. Frequent polishing and vacuuming of public spaces. The walls must be thick or padded, as I never hear a neighbor above, below, or sideways. Everything works, elevators are fast, internal web communications are easy to manage and response is fast. Couldn’t be happier with my new...

Very not recommended. Everything looks good in the beginning, but its all a front. Sad to say... but I just would not move in.... there are many other great places that can accommodate you.
