Horrible customer service by Molly and Sam today. The morning staff just doesn't care. We ship with FedEx in volume. I had wrapped everything and they refused to take it saying it needs to be packaged etc and that just for FedEx nylon they wanted to charge 3.95 each when there should be no charge according to FedEx. When I told her that usually you guys give it for free for clients. The answer was oh this is business. I told the rep I could go put in FedEx box and come back . The answer was Sir this is ground shipment if can't have express box when in fact the label matters after calling FedEx customer service. After going comming back with 5 envelopes for 5 shipments . I asked the same rep isn't it Courtesy to give the FedEx envelope for FedEx shipments for free or the FedEx envelopes the answer was no. On their website it is listed for free . Below is from your website and once again I told them we are business and we ship alot plus our supplies are on backorder Below is trough FedEx. FedEx offers complimentary FedEx Express® envelopes, paks, poly bags, boxes, and tubes. You can pick up the supplies at any FedEx location or order them online.
Once I told them about the above. The answer was Sir are you done you could leave.
Misinforming a client and charging them is not right. I read few reviews where it has happened to other clients.
Interestingly enough this has happened to other clients
Again the night shift staff and management are great, but the whoever is helping clients in morning. They should be willing first to give accurate information and not act like it's a store and everything is for sale when in fact it is not the case as it is...
Read moreOn July 7th, I visited a FedEx office and was very disappointed with the customer service I received. The manager at the front desk quoted me a shipping price that was twice as high as what I paid just last month to send a package to the same address.
Last month, despite clearly requesting standard shipping twice, she sent my package via express delivery. I decided not to argue—maybe she had sales targets to meet. However, this time, she outright refused to process my package using standard shipping, insisting the only option available was $83.03 for a 6-pound box. She told me if I didn’t agree, I could choose another company.
While still in the office, I checked FedEx’s official website and found that based on my package details, standard shipping should cost around $20–30, not $83. I still don’t understand why such a large difference in pricing occurred.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and confused. I’ve always relied on FedEx for dependable service, but this interaction made me seriously reconsider using FedEx...
Read moreI'm a criminal defense lawyer and I often use the email and print service when I'm on the road. Many of these stores have moved back their opening hour to 9 am, so when I needed to print a document before a court appearance at Metro Court nearby I came here. This is a "dtla" location inside an office building on Wilshire. I got there 15 minutes early to find parking and still ended up walking 10 minutes from a meter. There is no dedicated parking. Looked like you can't even park in the building if you wanted to (it's gated, gate was closed.) This location seems like it would mostly be useful for people who are already there, so you don't have to park. If you do, give yourself an extra 15/20 minutes and be ready to...
