Just tried this out yesterday, I received outstanding customer service. I payed like 11 or 12 bucks for a small poke bowl. It was good. I do not have any complaints about the service or staff, it was an overall good experience. However, I do think they need more options. They do not have shrimp or imitation crab as an option for proteins. They do have salmon tho so thats good. They also have ginger as a topping which is my personal fav. Another thing, lol, idk how to explain it but ... for some reason my food was kind of a puree like texture. It was delish so I'm not going to complain lol. My bowl is barely full. I ordered a small but this looks like a kids portion. Barely any protein, rice or kelp noodles slaw. What's worse is the lack of flavor. Gochujang is supposed to be spicy and sweet. But all I taste is bland veggies and sesame seeds.

The manager claimed that SweetFin does not accept the app, whereas I know it's not true because I used it at other locations. They certainly had no problem accepting my money.
