GameStop — Local services in Los Angeles

I just went into this location to try and trade in a console only to be told they don't have their "pawn license".. maybe they should let people know this before they come all the way to this weird location. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude and tried to argue with me about something that was irrelevant. Not professional at all. I asked about the old location at West Hollywood Gateway that closed recently and he tried to argue with me that it was 7 years ago, which is false. Quick google search shows that it closed in 2021 (4 years ago). Terrible argumentative attitude and not a good way to operate a business. They didn’t even offer to validate so I had to pay $4 to get out of the chaotic parking lot that I had literally...

This is the newest store in Gilmore Station and I’m so glad it’s here, finally a game store in the area! It’s a modern GameStop - spacious / light inside and a good selection of games / consoles / headsets / merch.

Got to go on opening day, met the team - they were all so helpful and engaging. Carol helped me out, got my new headset no issues. Edit (November 2023): Delon 👍🏻 awesome person as well - always happy to chat and chat about releases / games etc!
