Janice initially helped me over the phone, sending pictures of the necklace I was interested in and walking me through the options. My biggest dilemma was choosing the right carat size, since buying a necklace is very different from choosing an engagement ring. Janice encouraged me to visit the store to see the pieces in person, which turned out to be excellent advice.

At the Melrose location, Gem helped me in-store and showed me a variety of necklaces based on what I was looking for. I quickly realized that the 10–12 carat necklace I thought I wanted looked smaller than anticipated, so I chose the stunning 17 carat necklace instead. The entire experience felt easygoing with zero pressure, and communication was excellent throughout.

One of the main reasons I chose Grown Brilliance over other lab diamond jewelers is that they offer platinum settings. I previously purchased a tennis bracelet from Saks Fifth Avenue, and my wife ended up losing it because of a poorly designed clasp. Due to my small wrist size of 6.5 inches, the in-store selection was somewhat limited; however, my sales associate, Morgan, handled the situation professionally and patiently. Morgan was extremely helpful and took the time to explore various options with me. Ultimately, I selected a beautiful 3-carat, 4-prong round tennis bracelet. I also decided to purchase another bracelet to take advantage of a special promotion that included receiving a 1-carat solitaire necklace.
