I wish I could post an amazing review but I just can’t even after reading so many good reviews. So this is the “Red Amaryllis” that my friend and I ordered specifically for an event as stated when we called prior to receiving them. Now when we called they said they didn’t have them but could get them from a supplier and we were super thrilled that they could do that. We then state that if possible we definitely want them as fresh as possible because it’s for an event. NOW if I’m wrong call me out but when I ask for fresh flowers you’d expect to get them in bloom because it’s as fresh as they can be in bloom while eventually dying. Maria who’s claimed to be manager stated that we did not specify and were supposed to specify that we wanted them “in bloom” as in bloom is not fresh!! Like I’m sorry what?! It’s a delicate flower yes and she stated they were super healthy and super fresh but the first thing I thought as I saw these buds were that they looked like they weren’t going to make it. Now it could’ve totally been delivery but even then we were expressed our concerns we were in return given attitude, told to send pictures, and then immediately hung up before we could say anything else. When she called back she said they look great and they wouldn’t bloom until tomorrow when we had stated prior we needed them for an event tonight. We wanted to reach a middle ground whether it be a partial refund or even store credit, but instead told us they would be fine and if they really did die then we could call back in two days. Now that’s fine but also that was just handled poorly and I’m so sad to have just been treated in that matter. There was no acknowledgment or aligning with how we felt about the flowers we spent a lot of money on. I’m more than happy to wait and update this review but also when we ask for something for a specific day for a specific thing and say as fresh as possible. It should then not lead us to have them delivered not even in bloom and at almost to a glance with burnt tips and buds that look like they aren’t going to make it to...

This adorable shop hosted a flower-arranging class this evening. My daughter and I went with friends and had the best time. The owner and her team created such a fun and welcoming environment, and we made new acquaintances while learning how to make centerpieces. I know there's a class next month, and I hope they continue to offer classes to the community along with their regular floral services (while we were learning, several staffers were creating jaw-droppingly gorgeous and giant pieces for a client's event).
