Listen, at our age we are unlikely purchasers of many products here. Plus we're not cool so there's that. But we like to walk in and see what is cool cuz we're not dead yet. The young man working Sunday was super kind and very helpful. We did find a Lakers sweatshirt that was a bit different than others...our son is suddenly a Lakers fan (Luka Dončić) so that was a good find. Also found a great black half-jean-jacket with a cool plush rainbow LOVE on the back so hoping daughter likes that....

I made the mistake of purchasing before checking the tags. The mark up on clothing is extremely high. Even at 60% discount it's over 400%. Some of their brands they're selling have over 1000% mark up. Be sure and research the brand names before buying, you can see for yourself. The employees seemed like nice people but they wouldn't refund my money eventhough it had only been about 10 minutes after purchase. They only offer store credit. Very disappointed. Scammed....

This place is not worth walking into. The salesmen working was not interested in working. He did not want to show product and refused even engage when asked questions. I’ve actually never experienced anything like that. It would be a shame if he was the owner, but I highly doubt it. The store had over priced items of poor quality. Don’t waste your time , there are so many other nice stores on Melrose...
