Do not buy online. Go in person if you can. I live a couple hours away from LA so It's more convenient to order my merchandise online rather than go in person. Their online customer service is not good at all. You have to call them instead of them taking the initiative to call you for problems or missing information. I called multiple times , converstaion ended with they would call me on the time to pay my order through phone the next day in the morning, never got a call. Read moreThey have excellent customer service. Just be careful when returning items. And also the quality of their gold, I had 214 K gold chains that turned copper color. I tried to return them, however, they only except the original bag it came in. If not, they’ll charge you for a re-print, also if you paid by card, even though you were charged 4% when purchasing, they will charge you another 4% to return the item. Other then that their have nice pieces.
