Lupita's Flowers — Local services in Los Angeles

We placed multiple wreaths here for a funeral service. The flowers were beautiful but I recommend to go to a different place for flowers if you require delivery. We had a mutual understanding with multiple confirmations that the flowers were to be delivered at 7:30am for funeral service that starts at 8:30am. The flowers were not delivered until close to 9am, causing a delay in the service. During the time we were waiting, we called the shop multiple times to check on delivery progress. The person told us they'll check with the delivery driver and will call us back with an answer. We didn't get a single callback regarding the delivery. They also charged us for a ribbon that was not there when the delivery arrived. All in all, beautiful flowers but it was overshadowed by their bad customer service and the lack of professionalism when it comes to...

Lupita’s Flowers are the most kind hearted staff in DTLA. I went in on a Sunday and Karol helped us out. She was very sweet and took her time to show us different arrangements for my grandma’s funeral. Day of services there was a little mishap as the dates were wrong. I called Lupita’s Flowers and immediately (forgot the lady’s name) they were on it to fix the issue! They sent a delivery driver right away and we were able to receive our arrangements. The driver was so nice and helped us bring them inside the chapel. The flowers were sooo beautiful. I was very pleased. This shop has the best customer service. Went here earlier this morning to treat myself to flowers. This place has great quality flowers- all fresh and little to no imperfections. The flower stalls inside the flower mall building is usually expensive but I was so surprised to find this stall just around the corner selling bouquets for half the price the vendors sold inside the building. I was able to buy a medium/large bouquet for only $6 no tax which was wayyy under what I was prepared to spend for. They have many bouquets for different price ranges and budgets. Only thing about the flowers is that the whole stem has the leaves attached which you have to cut yourself to put in water.
