Read the Yelp reviews about the horrible management change. NO ONE from the positive reviews above or below still works here. 10:30 pm - Kitchen ceiling GUSHED water out of nowhere late night. Emergency tech had to come from other property, could not reach Building Super. 11:30pm water had spread to bathroom ceiling and sprinkler soaking carpet and toilet area. Our bathroom was unusable. Tried to use the bathroom downstairs and there was FECES AND TOILET PAPER OVER ALL THREE STALLS. Nowhere to use a restroom. 12;30 Emergency tech did what she could with NO support from anyone. Holes left in ceiling, still no diagnosis, water slowed down. Emergency work order was created. Was told I would hear from the super first thing in am. --NO CALL. 10:00am NEXT DAY. FRIDAY. Had to miss work to deal with issue. Explained issue to management. They said they would investigate. Sent photos and videos of the issue to Taylor with management over 7 emails, received no response. 12:00 pm TWO HOURS later, they sent up Fernando, to his credit he was great, determined a faulty AC unit but no cause. He drained more water. 3:00pm - Supervisor was apparently out sick, luckily AC worker happened to be in hallway (Not sure why he wasnt dispatched to my place) He and Fernando did a temporary fix, which they felt okay with but know that it still needs to be followed up, also the holes in the kitchen ceiling and water in the insulation as well as the wet carpet in the bedroom and under the kitchen floor. Was told I would hear directly from "Wayne." 4:00pm NO CALL FROM WAYNE. 4:30 pm Went to office and there's Wayne, NOT CALLING ME! Explained situation, should mention he was so preoccupied with also looking at why my car was vandalized in the parking lot in which we pay $225 for secured parking...that he didn't even seem to remember or want to address the more pressing water issue! As a GM, you should be aware, especially when my initial convo in the AM with Taylor was right next to his office and he became aware of the vandalization "Looks like Ice Cream" he says. It's not ice cream, gonna take a razor blade to try and scrape it off. 5:00pm FRIDAY. No resolution "We'll talk once the drywall has been fixed and we follow up....ON MONDAY." Not ONE apology for what happened. Not ONE "We will absolutely take care of this, and make sure you are comfortable." Not even the follow up phone call. When confronted about the lack of apology - Wayne "Oh, I thought you were dealing with Taylor." Now its the weekend. No clue what is happening Monday. I can't miss work again, and I have a dog in the apartment that I will have to pay for boarding. But I have no answers. And no clue why I pay $3200 to live here. Thanks Windsor. Had multiple issues that don't fit here and was trying to deal with them but this is ridiculous. Note, I have only been here for 9 weeks and had 2 with the previous management who were amazing.

DO NOT MOVE HERE as the apartment and team do not care about your living safety or well-being. On March 21st I reported a leak on my unit. I called emergency maintenance and Was told Maintenance would come that night and I waited two hours only to get a phone call (past midnight) they would Come first thing in the morning. The next day noon went by (bathroom still leaking) and no one showed. At noon I called to put in a 2nd ticket and was told someone would Come urgently and no one showed. Do you know that maintenance didn’t attempt to NOT knock and unlocked my door to “look at the leak” at 11 PM AT NIGHT?!!!! Imagine being a woman who lives by herself and your door is unlocked at a time your normally in bed and not dresses bc they simply want to look at the leak?! Terrifying and Jarring!! This building does not care. Let’s talk about safety. 2. Last month a homeless man was asleep in our dog wash! Maintenance told me he would handle it and I saw the man back sleeping in the dog wash two hours later. The man was clearly on drugs and no security has managed this. 3. I’ve put in 2 email complaints about the man who parks reserved next to me who continues go leave trash in my parking spot I pay $170. I’ve watched this man park 6 different cars in the lot that never have stickers and he leaves cigarettes, BONGS, trash in my spot all the time. The other week he left a glass cup behind my tire. Let’s not forget the note he left on my car telling me to park farther away from him which I also reported to leading. Photos are posted below. Again no safety for women. 4. You will commonly see roaches near the pool which I’ve had to report several times. As I shared the email they tell you to reach out does nothing and the new leasing agent respond to emails 3 days old and have no idea what is going on. As an update of April 6 I now have a second leak in my kitchen in two space photos below and I have requested tickets on Friday and Saturday and no one has come while water drips and mold forms. They promise to escalate but no one addresses it. ***Update now adding that on April 16 I have a clogged sink. I have put in two maintenance tickets and no one has come. The food from my garbage disposal is now coming up on the other side. Maintenance closed the first ticket and said they fixed and the other maintenance said they would come days ago! This is unacceptable for the rent paid here! ***April 18th I know have drain sewage coming up from my bathtub and yet again can’t use my bathroom properly or shower. Absolutely disgusting. Photo below.

This place needs to be investigated for violating consumer law. I am one of several people who has had their deposit stolen. After one year of living there, I was charged $350 for painting and $250 for cleaning. These are flat fees that should be cover by the landlord as wear and tear. These flat fees are illegal and several residents had a similar experience. They also will advertise this place as “luxury.” However there are no efforts from management to keep it up as such. The picture below show the condition of the apartment they gave me. They cleaned the toilet a bit to help the appearance, but they have refused to fix the sink drain. Management will do ANYTHING to save themselves a couple bucks. I do not recommend this place at all. It’s exhausting that have to fight for every single thing. I don’t have this kinda time. UPDATE: their response does not address any of the issues I raised. I just saw another review by a resident being charged a flat painting fee. I’ve been told that this is what the building charges everyone, regardless of actual wear and tear. I was also quoted a lower cleaning fee and was not informed of any carpet cleaning fees. I cleaned the apartment and restored it to how it was given to me. Finally, they continue to ignore my request to change a damaged sink drain. They say they want to do better, but refuse to actually take responsibility for anything. This building is exhausting as everything is a fight. I thought change in management would improve things, but all they do is give you lip service, no solutions. Not to mentioned I can’t call the office handling my deposit, all I’ve had is a late email response that did not address anything. Not to mention, the leasing agents are very rude - god forbid you ever need anything. Office is ALWAYS closed.

Where do I even begin? My experience living in this building has been a complete nightmare. The reviews regarding the management is absolutely true, there is no one onsite. Does the leasing office even exist? That’s not even my nightmare. The construction of this building is a literal nightmare. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors casual conversations…complete lack of privacy. I wish I was over exaggerating but it’s true. I was unlucky enough to get a unit under an unruly neighbor and my year living here has been filled with complaints that have been taken lightly and even ignored. The area manager simply told the neighbor to get rugs to “help the noise”. The resident is intentionally causing an unsafe, hostile and a nuisance of an environment so basic common sense would know rugs would not be a solution. As you could imagine, this in fact did not help the noise and emboldened my neighbor to retaliate by being even more aggressive and disruptive. I haven’t known peace living here and I’ve been dealing with crippling anxiety because as soon as my neighbor gets home I know that I’m in for sleepless nights or dangerous daytime “play times”. Things have gotten so bad that cracks in the ceiling formed, fire sprinklers have fallen from the ceiling, my cabinets have collapsed, light fixtures have shaken loose and the neighbor was pouring a substance from their window. I literally was sleeping in the closet as it felt the safest from my neighbor’s rage. My neighbor’s kids are currently stomping and screaming as I type this review…it’s currently 10:30 pm. I can’t even report all of the incidents because it feels like it’s been consuming my life for so long. I’ve documented my experience here and have written several emails to the leasing office and nothing has been done. The neighbor lives her life out like a dream with her multiple kids while it’s been a literal hell for me. This neighbor has been living here for years and according to the leasing office, she’s been a nuisance that they refuse to address. Everyone that I’ve encountered in this year span from the leasing office gives you different information and there’s no accountability…ever. The leasing office doesn’t provide solutions for complaints here but you’re expected to pay your rent while things never get better. The water pressure is terrible. You have to flush the toilet a million times to clear the bowl. My washing machine has been down since June 2024 it was replaced with another broken washing machine that had mold and mildew…they simply cleaned it with dawn which was left in my apartment. I have sent a few work orders for my washing machine as it sounds like a tractor and I still haven’t heard anything…it’s now January 2025. Dog urine is everywhere but I do think it’s unfair to blame management for this, really it’s the residents. My apartment was not clean upon move in. The bathroom had dirt in the sink and tub which was off putting but I survived. Light bulbs immediately started going out and I believe the resident is expected to pay for replacements. The water filter is a resident expense as well which is insane because you’re not told the last time it was replaced to begin with. Luxury is being used loosely here. They have one security guard who doesn’t come until 8:00 pm. Your packages can literally land anywhere (I’ve had to rush home from work because my package was outside the building). There’s no concierge service here that you would associate with a luxury apartment. Delivery food service often roam the halls because again there’s no concierge service to check anyone in. Homeless people have been sleeping in the garage and will roam around the mailroom and gym. I immediately regretted moving here. My first week opened me up to the year that I’m currently having. Thousands of dollars down the drain to live in a building that lacks proper management, proper maintenance, better resident vetting procedures, and cleanliness. Save yourself the stress, sleepless days and nights, and hassle and choose a...

PLEASE READ Don’t move here, they do not care about the residents at ALL anymore & intentionally. I have lived here for 1.5 years now and it has SWIFTLY gone down hill rapidly to clearly CUT COSTS while increasing our rent tremendously.

  1. A new CHEAP call box and key fobs were installed several months ago, AND THEY STILL DONT WORK. So your guests and delivery people cannot get in, you have to walk downstairs to get them. It looks like they have NO intention on fixing it because I have asked and keep getting the run around.

  2. 1 of the elevators has been broken for 5-6months so we are ALWAYS stuck waiting for elevators. It looks like they are too cheap to get it fixed.

  3. THIS one is one of the WORST. They are TRYING TO FORCE US to sign up for a CREDIT CARD (yes you are reading correctly) to pay our rent. They DISGUISED it as a “rewards program” when actually you only get the rewards when you sign up for a credit card with them. WINDSOR PROFITS from each resident that sign a up for the credit card!! Initially it was optional & I guess no one was choosing the option to pay rent that way (so their plan failed and they weren’t making enough money due to lack of interest— obviously! Who can afford another credit card in this economy with inflation and high rent?). Well guess what! A few months later THEY MADE IT MANDATORY!! Everyone had to sign up for this BILT scam in order to pay our rent!! We are NOT commodities, you cannot increase our rent and then try to PROFIT EVEN MORE off of us. This is sick

  4. A 67 foot tall sky scraper is being built next door so you hear constant banging starting after 7 AM EVERY MORNING. EVEN on weekends! How is that even legal, Los Angeles?

  5. They recently shortened their leasing office ours so residents have NO assistance. The office is ALWAYS closed now, especially on weekends. So we are in the dark alone without help. The MOST unprofessional part is they did NOT care to even inform us of the shortened availability & hours (bc they know there would be an uproar). WE JUST stand around looking like idiots outside of the office until we realize it’s never going to open. I don’t know how their leasing agents are able to pay their bills if they aren’t able to work full time. They didn’t have the decency to update their hours online or Google, so we once again stand around outside the office looking like idiots. No closed sign on the door— bc once again, do not want to broadcast their intentional ineptitude).

  6. The “thicker” Caucasian & Hispanic leasing agents are absolutely RUDE and short when you ask the simplest of questions, politely. They are clearly very unhappy working here. Probably bc they see their employer ripping them of work hours and their place of employment going down hill so fast.

  7. Security is nowhere to be found when they ARE on duty (which is rarely ever). They also look like Ex-Cons. All of them.

  8. The leasing office no longer accepts packages. So your boxes get left all over the place to be stolen (which they are). They stopped accepting packages recently around the same time that I noticed the leasing office shortened their hours. I get why now, bc they are hardly open.

  9. They max out the lease renewal amount so we pay TOO MUCH. Way more than this building is worth.

  10. The gym keeps on closing for months at a time. Once it actually smelled like sewage couldn’t even work out.

  11. They charge you to replace basic things in your apt. For example, it costs $30 to replace the refrigerator water filter! $30 probably costs more than the ENTIRE BOX of filters!! Clearly taking advantage of us.

1 of the garage gates has been broken the entire time I have lived there (1.5years) . They are being too cheap to fix it. So we have to exit off the 1 way street instead of the 2 way convenient Olympic Blvd.

The parking spaces in the parking garage are unassigned (unless you pay an ADDITIONAL $100?). So residents bring in their guests to park.

They once boarded up the trash shoots so we could not throw away...

This place has becoming increasingly worse over the last 4 years of living here. To the point where I’m fed up and based on recent reviews others are as well.

When I first moved in here, I hired movers to move all of my furniture into my apartment and set it all up for me. Unfortunately the carpets weren’t up to the standards they should’ve been so I had to then remove everything out of the rooms myself so they could fix the carpets. Waste of time and money hiring movers in the first place. Horrible first impression.

One of the things that sold me on this apartment was how dog friendly it seemed, then shortly after moving in they removed every single dog relief area from around the building so now the dogs have no choice but to go on the sidewalk or around the block. There’s also residents who just let their dogs roam off leash around and in the complex like they own the place. Those same dogs are using the bathroom in the parking garage and common hang out areas outside so it constantly smells like pee. The hallways are also covered with pee stains so it constantly stinks in the hallways as well.

The call box wasn’t working properly for almost two years. Anytime I have a guest over, I would always have to go all the way downstairs to get them. Until they finally installed a new cheap call box that’s unnecessarily difficult for guests and residents to use.

One of the elevators is ALWAYS broken. They had one of them broken for a year so you were constantly having to wait to get anywhere in the building. Why did it take so long to fix? One of the two gates to access the garage is always broken cuz people keep driving into them so they eventually just had to keep the gates open for a long time until they got repaired. Which in turn was causing frequent vehicle break ins

They have recently done extreme cost cutting, which in turn affects the residents on a high level. There is no longer ANYONE working in the leasing office. They now have a “central hub” where everyone is apparently working out of so you’re either are going to have to email them or walk over to that building to get any help. It has made it very difficult for package deliveries. The couriers have no idea what to do when they deliver packages and are always lost in lobby trying to figure out how to access the floors without a key fob. They aren’t “allowed” to leave packages in the mail room so they either have to wait for someone to let them up to access the floors or leave them in Amazon lockers which are located in the lower parking garage.

This place is known for having vehicle AND apartment break ins. And since they no longer have people working in the office, they have now made it possible for anyone to access the garage levels without a key fob so the package couriers can easily access the lockers in the garage. If anyone pushes those buttons in the elevator, they can get into the garage with no issue and have free access to all the vehicles. And security is never around anywhere to help with anything. Huge safety issue all because they wanna cut costs. And who does that trickle down to and affect the most? The residents.

I woke up this morning to a rude email from the leasing office letting everyone know they are not allowed to have door mats or any sort of decoration outside their front door and they must be removed or they will remove them for you. This has NEVER once been an issue since I’ve lived here in the fours years. Prettty much every one has a door mat, it brings personality and makes it feel like home. Instead of explaining why it’s now an issue they just threaten us instead.

They do not care about the residents! And it’s become increasingly obvious over time. They have made EVERYTHING more difficult for us so they can cut costs on their end while increasing our rent by hundreds of dollars each year. I’m fed up with this place and want to warn anyone else who may potentially be looking here as your new home, don’t! You...
