Where do I even begin? My experience living in this building has been a complete nightmare. The reviews regarding the management is absolutely true, there is no one onsite. Does the leasing office even exist? That’s not even my nightmare. The construction of this building is a literal nightmare. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors casual conversations…complete lack of privacy. I wish I was over exaggerating but it’s true. I was unlucky enough to get a unit under an unruly neighbor and my year living here has been filled with complaints that have been taken lightly and even ignored. The area manager simply told the neighbor to get rugs to “help the noise”. The resident is intentionally causing an unsafe, hostile and a nuisance of an environment so basic common sense would know rugs would not be a solution. As you could imagine, this in fact did not help the noise and emboldened my neighbor to retaliate by being even more aggressive and disruptive. I haven’t known peace living here and I’ve been dealing with crippling anxiety because as soon as my neighbor gets home I know that I’m in for sleepless nights or dangerous daytime “play times”. Things have gotten so bad that cracks in the ceiling formed, fire sprinklers have fallen from the ceiling, my cabinets have collapsed, light fixtures have shaken loose and the neighbor was pouring a substance from their window. I literally was sleeping in the closet as it felt the safest from my neighbor’s rage. My neighbor’s kids are currently stomping and screaming as I type this review…it’s currently 10:30 pm. I can’t even report all of the incidents because it feels like it’s been consuming my life for so long. I’ve documented my experience here and have written several emails to the leasing office and nothing has been done. The neighbor lives her life out like a dream with her multiple kids while it’s been a literal hell for me. This neighbor has been living here for years and according to the leasing office, she’s been a nuisance that they refuse to address. Everyone that I’ve encountered in this year span from the leasing office gives you different information and there’s no accountability…ever. The leasing office doesn’t provide solutions for complaints here but you’re expected to pay your rent while things never get better. The water pressure is terrible. You have to flush the toilet a million times to clear the bowl. My washing machine has been down since June 2024 it was replaced with another broken washing machine that had mold and mildew…they simply cleaned it with dawn which was left in my apartment. I have sent a few work orders for my washing machine as it sounds like a tractor and I still haven’t heard anything…it’s now January 2025. Dog urine is everywhere but I do think it’s unfair to blame management for this, really it’s the residents. My apartment was not clean upon move in. The bathroom had dirt in the sink and tub which was off putting but I survived. Light bulbs immediately started going out and I believe the resident is expected to pay for replacements. The water filter is a resident expense as well which is insane because you’re not told the last time it was replaced to begin with. Luxury is being used loosely here. They have one security guard who doesn’t come until 8:00 pm. Your packages can literally land anywhere (I’ve had to rush home from work because my package was outside the building). There’s no concierge service here that you would associate with a luxury apartment. Delivery food service often roam the halls because again there’s no concierge service to check anyone in. Homeless people have been sleeping in the garage and will roam around the mailroom and gym. I immediately regretted moving here. My first week opened me up to the year that I’m currently having. Thousands of dollars down the drain to live in a building that lacks proper management, proper maintenance, better resident vetting procedures, and cleanliness. Save yourself the stress, sleepless days and nights, and hassle and choose a...
Read morePLEASE READ Don’t move here, they do not care about the residents at ALL anymore & intentionally. I have lived here for 1.5 years now and it has SWIFTLY gone down hill rapidly to clearly CUT COSTS while increasing our rent tremendously.
A new CHEAP call box and key fobs were installed several months ago, AND THEY STILL DONT WORK. So your guests and delivery people cannot get in, you have to walk downstairs to get them. It looks like they have NO intention on fixing it because I have asked and keep getting the run around.
1 of the elevators has been broken for 5-6months so we are ALWAYS stuck waiting for elevators. It looks like they are too cheap to get it fixed.
THIS one is one of the WORST. They are TRYING TO FORCE US to sign up for a CREDIT CARD (yes you are reading correctly) to pay our rent. They DISGUISED it as a “rewards program” when actually you only get the rewards when you sign up for a credit card with them. WINDSOR PROFITS from each resident that sign a up for the credit card!! Initially it was optional & I guess no one was choosing the option to pay rent that way (so their plan failed and they weren’t making enough money due to lack of interest— obviously! Who can afford another credit card in this economy with inflation and high rent?). Well guess what! A few months later THEY MADE IT MANDATORY!! Everyone had to sign up for this BILT scam in order to pay our rent!! We are NOT commodities, you cannot increase our rent and then try to PROFIT EVEN MORE off of us. This is sick
A 67 foot tall sky scraper is being built next door so you hear constant banging starting after 7 AM EVERY MORNING. EVEN on weekends! How is that even legal, Los Angeles?
They recently shortened their leasing office ours so residents have NO assistance. The office is ALWAYS closed now, especially on weekends. So we are in the dark alone without help. The MOST unprofessional part is they did NOT care to even inform us of the shortened availability & hours (bc they know there would be an uproar). WE JUST stand around looking like idiots outside of the office until we realize it’s never going to open. I don’t know how their leasing agents are able to pay their bills if they aren’t able to work full time. They didn’t have the decency to update their hours online or Google, so we once again stand around outside the office looking like idiots. No closed sign on the door— bc once again, do not want to broadcast their intentional ineptitude).
The “thicker” Caucasian & Hispanic leasing agents are absolutely RUDE and short when you ask the simplest of questions, politely. They are clearly very unhappy working here. Probably bc they see their employer ripping them of work hours and their place of employment going down hill so fast.
Security is nowhere to be found when they ARE on duty (which is rarely ever). They also look like Ex-Cons. All of them.
The leasing office no longer accepts packages. So your boxes get left all over the place to be stolen (which they are). They stopped accepting packages recently around the same time that I noticed the leasing office shortened their hours. I get why now, bc they are hardly open.
They max out the lease renewal amount so we pay TOO MUCH. Way more than this building is worth.
The gym keeps on closing for months at a time. Once it actually smelled like sewage couldn’t even work out.
They charge you to replace basic things in your apt. For example, it costs $30 to replace the refrigerator water filter! $30 probably costs more than the ENTIRE BOX of filters!! Clearly taking advantage of us.
1 of the garage gates has been broken the entire time I have lived there (1.5years) . They are being too cheap to fix it. So we have to exit off the 1 way street instead of the 2 way convenient Olympic Blvd.
The parking spaces in the parking garage are unassigned (unless you pay an ADDITIONAL $100?). So residents bring in their guests to park.
They once boarded up the trash shoots so we could not throw away...
Read moreThis place has becoming increasingly worse over the last 4 years of living here. To the point where I’m fed up and based on recent reviews others are as well.
When I first moved in here, I hired movers to move all of my furniture into my apartment and set it all up for me. Unfortunately the carpets weren’t up to the standards they should’ve been so I had to then remove everything out of the rooms myself so they could fix the carpets. Waste of time and money hiring movers in the first place. Horrible first impression.
One of the things that sold me on this apartment was how dog friendly it seemed, then shortly after moving in they removed every single dog relief area from around the building so now the dogs have no choice but to go on the sidewalk or around the block. There’s also residents who just let their dogs roam off leash around and in the complex like they own the place. Those same dogs are using the bathroom in the parking garage and common hang out areas outside so it constantly smells like pee. The hallways are also covered with pee stains so it constantly stinks in the hallways as well.
The call box wasn’t working properly for almost two years. Anytime I have a guest over, I would always have to go all the way downstairs to get them. Until they finally installed a new cheap call box that’s unnecessarily difficult for guests and residents to use.
One of the elevators is ALWAYS broken. They had one of them broken for a year so you were constantly having to wait to get anywhere in the building. Why did it take so long to fix? One of the two gates to access the garage is always broken cuz people keep driving into them so they eventually just had to keep the gates open for a long time until they got repaired. Which in turn was causing frequent vehicle break ins
They have recently done extreme cost cutting, which in turn affects the residents on a high level. There is no longer ANYONE working in the leasing office. They now have a “central hub” where everyone is apparently working out of so you’re either are going to have to email them or walk over to that building to get any help. It has made it very difficult for package deliveries. The couriers have no idea what to do when they deliver packages and are always lost in lobby trying to figure out how to access the floors without a key fob. They aren’t “allowed” to leave packages in the mail room so they either have to wait for someone to let them up to access the floors or leave them in Amazon lockers which are located in the lower parking garage.
This place is known for having vehicle AND apartment break ins. And since they no longer have people working in the office, they have now made it possible for anyone to access the garage levels without a key fob so the package couriers can easily access the lockers in the garage. If anyone pushes those buttons in the elevator, they can get into the garage with no issue and have free access to all the vehicles. And security is never around anywhere to help with anything. Huge safety issue all because they wanna cut costs. And who does that trickle down to and affect the most? The residents.
I woke up this morning to a rude email from the leasing office letting everyone know they are not allowed to have door mats or any sort of decoration outside their front door and they must be removed or they will remove them for you. This has NEVER once been an issue since I’ve lived here in the fours years. Prettty much every one has a door mat, it brings personality and makes it feel like home. Instead of explaining why it’s now an issue they just threaten us instead.
They do not care about the residents! And it’s become increasingly obvious over time. They have made EVERYTHING more difficult for us so they can cut costs on their end while increasing our rent by hundreds of dollars each year. I’m fed up with this place and want to warn anyone else who may potentially be looking here as your new home, don’t! You...
